Perched on a hill, surrounded by redwood trees, with views of the forest and a partial view of the river from the numerous windows, Ventana Perch showcases the natural environment along the Russian River Valley.
The interior of Ventana Perch is warm and welcoming, with delightful touches that enhance the clean, tastefully remodeled space and create a personal and unique experience. The front door opens into the bright living space, with dining table directly in front, living room to the left and kitchen straight ahead. The living room has a wood burning stove and a flat screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people and the kitchen has a bar-height counter with four stools (all the better to harass the cook!). A door from the kitchen leads to the main deck, surrounded by redwood trees. This large deck has a large hot tub, outdoor dining set and a propane BBQ.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms at Ventana Perch, making it a great choice for couples traveling together or for a family of 4. Both bedrooms are accessed from the far side of the living room. The main level bedroom and bathroom (on the same level as the living space and main deck) are down a short hall, just past the wood burning stove. The bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom, the master suite, is down a flight of stairs. This bedroom has a queen bed, a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and sliding doors to a small deck.

STAIRS: There are more than 50 stairs from the parking area to the front door.
PARKING: There is on-street designated parking for two cars.

3 night minimum June 19th - June 25th
4 night minimum July and August.
Week minimum the first week of July and the first week of August.
