Stay in this historic river community and at the same time enjoy the comforts of modern construction and amenities. The Villa Grande community has a gorgeous river beach, great location and a laid-back ambience.
Indoors: Up and Away has an open floor plan. The chef’s kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living area has a queen sofa bed and the dining area has a dining table for 4 (there is room for 2 to dine at the counter bar). All occupy an open, well-lit room with hardwood floors and high ceilings. A door off the living area opens to a lovely front porch, furnished with a bar height 2-person table and chairs and a double porch seat. The main living space also features a large Flatscreen TV with Comcast cable and a DVD player. At the end of the short hallway is the roomy, bright master bedroom with an attached bathroom. Also off the hallway, but closer to the living area, is the second bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle bed. The second bedroom, with a small desk and sitting area, does double duty as a pleasant office space. The third door off the hallway opens to the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have combined tub/showers.
Outdoors: Up and Away has a large, fully fenced yard and patio. The patio is easily accessible through a side gate, is the sunniest spot on the property. An outdoor dining set, gas barbecue and two chaise lounges are set on the patio amidst roses. It's a great place for cooking and hanging outside. The hot tub, tucked away at the far end of the patio, is surrounded on 3 sides by a privacy screen. The back portion of the yard is shaded and planted with greenery. For the dogs in your family, a dog run with kennels is located on along the northern side of house. The large, sandy, dog-friendly neighborhood beach is a short walk away.

LOCATION: Quiet Villa Grande on a one-lane neighborhood road. Two and a half flat blocks to a dog-friendly neighborhood beach. The side of the property borders Moscow Road, which has some traffic noise.
GARAGE: The garage is not available for parking. Guests have access through the side door to use the washer and dryer.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning Fee of $120, 11% Tax on Rent and Cleaning, $20 Booking Fee and Refundable Security Deposit

Seasonal Unit - Available May - September only.
2 night minimum May, June and September (excludes some holidays).
4 night minimum July and August.
Week minimum the first week in July and the first week in August.
