The Treehouse is an expansive 2+ bedroom, 2 bath modern home perched above the Russian River. The upstairs area of the home features tile floors, an open kitchen, dining and living room area with a stone fireplace and two sets of sliding glass doors leading to a top level deck. This deck features panoramic views of the river, a patio dining set, gas barbecue and a spa. Also on the upper level are 2 bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The downstairs area of The Treehouse is accessible from the exterior only. This open room will be a game room and have additional sleeping arrangements. The donwstairs level has another full bathroom with a shower. From the lower level, it's easy to access the sauna and the stairs leading to a private seasonal dock (available mid-June through mid-September). A canoe is included for your enjoyment (also available mid-June through mid-September).
ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning Fee: $170, 11% Tax on Rent and Cleaning, $20 Booking Fee and Refundable Security Deposit.
Rental Restrictions:
2 night minimum September - June (excludes some holidays).
Weekly only in July and August; Summer Rotation Day
is Thursday.
