The Boat House is a classic 3 bedroom, 2 bath river home featuring a two level deck and river views. Conveniently located next to a large sandy neighborhood beach. The Boat House is a one level home (all rooms situated on the upper level) with wood floors, a living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs basement with a pool table and ping pong table.
Enjoy river views as you dine al fresco on the large back deck or relax on the upper sitting deck. The Boat House offers a yard area with river views, but no river access. It is just a short walk to a sandy, dog-friendly neighborhood beach. The home includes a canoe and 2 kayaks (available mid-June through mid-September only).

HEAT SOURCE: Central heat, wood burning fireplace (no firewood or kindling provided)
