River Dream is a dream vacation rental perched over the Russian River. This home has been carefully renovated to preserve the warmth of the wood floors and knotty pine interior. Large picture windows overlook the Russian River. The comfortably furnished living room offers river views and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, as it is well equipped and features white granite counters, river views and a breakfast nook for chatting with friends. A separate dining room provides guests with an excellent dining experience opportunity.
Dining outdoors is also pleasant on the long sunny deck that features a gas grill, outdoor dining and gorgeous views of the Russian River and redwood trees. The deck has been partially covered for hot sunny days. For those who love to soak in the sun, the deck has an open sunny area.
To access the river, follow the stairs down to a seasonal private river dock and canoe (available mid-June through mid-September).
River Dream is located approximately 1 mile west of downtown Guerneville. This home is dog friendly and walking distance to a public dog friendly beach and the Garden Grill restaurant. It is also only a short 15 minute drive to the Northwood Golf Course, many Russian River Valley wineries, the Sonoma Coast, Jenner and Bodega Bay.
