Available May through September - River Beach Cottage #4 is situated on a beautiful piece of riverfront property, shared with River Beach Cottages #2 and #3. Enjoy views of the Russian River from the rooms and the deck, or stroll on the expansive lawn down to the water's edge. The River Beach Cottages are made for easy living and lazy river days. Conveniently located, these cottages are just a short walk away from downtown Guerneville and Johnson's Beach.
River Beach Cottage #4 has a cozy country living room featuring a wood stove and comfortable living space. Glass doors lead out to a fully fenced 2 level deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and gorgeous views of the Russian River and the redwoods. The full kitchen is well equipped.
Guests of River Beach Cottages enjoy special use of the adjacent Fern Grove Cottage facilities, including the swimming pool, wireless internet access, restaurant menus and wine tasting suggestions. The River Beach Cottages are walking distance to lively downtown Guerneville, where you can enjoy unique shopping, a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as canoe and kayak rentals. It is a short drive to many Russian River Valley wineries and the Sonoma Coast (Bodega Bay and Jenner).

LOCATION: Approximately 1/4 mile west of downtown Guerneville on Highway 116.
POOL: River Beach Cottage guests may use Fern Grove Cottages' pool.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning Fee of $100, 11% Tax on Rent and Cleaning, $20 Booking Fee and Refundable Security Deposit
Rental Restrictions:
Seasonal Unit: Available mid-May through September only.
2 night minimum May, June and September (excludes some holidays).
3 night minimum for Jazz Festival.
Weekly only in July and August, any day of the week.
All specials exclude holidays and must be mentioned at the time of reservation.
