If you are group of small families or couples traveling together, this might be the solution you are looking for! Otter’s Landing is made up of 3 separate cottages, Otter’s Cottage, Otter’s Lookout and Otter’s Nest. With all the separate kitchens and living spaces in close proximity to each other, you can enjoy your own space or spend plenty of time together. The lower lawn area with picnic tables, a barbecue and a free-standing deck at the river's edge is a great space for your group to gather and dine together. We really can't stress enough how special this property is! Serene, relaxing, calming, and rejuvinating are some of the adjectives that come to mind.
Otter’s Cottage –
2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4-6,
First Bedroom: King bed; Second bedroom: Queen bed; Living room: Double sofa bed
The largest unit on the property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a living room with cable television and DVD Player, a full kitchen, small dining area, and a river view deck with a large gas barbecue grill and outdoor dining. The Cottage is the place for your group to get together indoors. The Cottage has just enough room for a group of 12 to hang out in one spot, cook together and enjoy a casual meal. The master bedroom, with a king bed, is lovely and open, and has sliding doors out to the riverview deck. The second bedroom, just as tastefully decorated as the rest of the Cottage, is light and airy and has a Queen bed and plenty of room to put out a portacrib.

Otter’s Lookout-
Loft Bedroom, Sleeps 2-4,

The next in size is Otter’s Lookout. This loft unit has the most stunning of the river views, a loft with a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and an open living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of sun, gas fireplace, cable TV and sliding glass doors to the deck. The Lookout’s deck comes complete with its own gas grill and small outdoor dining set.

Otter’s Nest
Studio: Queen bed, Sleeps 2.
Great for love-otters! This charming studio has a cute and fully functional kitchen, a full bath (shower only), a double bed, flatscreen cable television, and a small front porch. Lots of sun and light colors.
