The large living room offers original hardwood floors and a rock fireplace. The main level also has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and one full bath with a shower. At the end of the living room, French doors lead to a deck with an outdoor dining table and river views. Upstairs features 3 small bedrooms, 2 with Double beds and 1 bedroom with Twin bunk beds. Upstairs also offers a half bath and a large covered porch with gorgeous river views. The sunny Mimosa House property includes a seasonal dock on the river (available mid-June through mid-September) and has sweeping nature and river views--the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Conveniently located only a half mile east of downtown Guerneville, Mimosa House sits in the heart of the Russian River Valley wine country. It's ten miles to the Sonoma Coast and just an hour and a half drive to San Francisco. Armstrong Woods, a lovely old-growth redwood forest, is a only few miles away and a must see during your stay.
