The comfortably furnished living room features a freestanding gas fireplace and windows with stunning views of the landscaped grounds and river. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks Kathleen's flower gardens. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Off the living room is a sunny deck with a patio dining set, gas barbeque and spa. The deck overlooks the grassy lawn, flower gardens and the river. From the lawn there are stairs leading down to a large neighborhood beach. A canoe is included (available mid-June through mid-September).
This stunning riverfront property is only minutes from downtown Monte Rio, 4 miles to Guerneville, 2 miles to the Northwood Golf Course and about a 15 minute drive to the Sonoma Coast and Jenner. Kathleen's River Garden is a downstairs unit. Kathleen, the owner, lives in the upstairs unit. She has experience in the hospitality industry and is a first-rate neighbor.
