Dutch Bill Cottage is simply a lovely Monte Rio vacation rental. This tastefully remodeled and decorated modern cottage is located on a rare sunny lot bordered by seasonal Dutch Bill Creek and studded with a beautiful grove of redwood trees. The owners of Dutch Bill Cottage have been frequent vacation rental guests, so guest comfort and convenience was an important consideration when they put together their own vacation home.
Guests will enjoy the living room with a flat screen television, MP3 docking station, Queen sofa bed with a separate foam topper for added comfort, the fireplace with woodstove insert and the large picture windows looking out towards the redwoods and creek. Both bedrooms, with Queen beds, have comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The master bedroom, which is located off the dining room, looks out to the creek and has sliding doors to a small back deck. The second bedroom has large windows looking out to the covered front porch and redwoods beyond. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and high-end cookware. The dining table, which comfortably seats 6 people, is nestled against one of the numerous picture windows and looks out to the trees. The bathroom, located across the hall from the second bedroom, has a shower/bathtub combination.
Outdoors at Dutch Bill Cottage has a great deal to offer! The fully fenced property is perfect for dogs to play around in. Enjoy sun, redwood and creek views from the yard and spa. The raised vegetable beds are tended by the gardener and the apple tree at the corner of the yard has a small platform, a romantic bench beneath and a large wooden swing nearby. A new hot tub has been installed on a deck that borders the creek. A gate at one end of the yard leads to stairs to the creek, which is fun to walk along in the summer when there is just a little water.
When guests have finished exploring the back yard, there are numerous attractions within a short drive, including the Russian River for swimming and boating, the Sonoma Coast, the Russian River Valley wineries and beyond.

Rental Restrictions:
2 night minimum October - most of May (excludes some holidays).
3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend - September.
4 night minimum July and August.
Week Minimum the first week in July and the first week in August.
All specials exclude holidays and must be mentioned at the time of reservation.
