Internet / Riverfront / Spa / Game Room Culture Blend is a brand new four bedroom, four bath Russian River vacation rental. This spacious home offers accommodations for 14 and features a three bedroom main house, a separate one bedroom suite, two kitchens, and a recreation/game room and spa. The main living space has high ceilings, hardwood floors and a large open living/dining room with a 50" flatscreen TV, and a decorative fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes complete with a tile breakfast bar. Four rooms feature glass doors leading out to a large deck facing the river with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a 32" flatscreen TV, and it's own bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The separate suite has it's own living room with sofa bed, another full kitchen and a private full bath. The suite bedroom faces the river and also has glass doors leading out to the deck.
A recreation room, located in the garage, includes a pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade basketball, ping-pong, and video games and off the patio is a new spa with a gazebo. Enjoy excellent access to the Russian River from this riverfront property. Just walk down the custom rock stairway to a path leading down to a large beach. Culture Blend shares this beautiful three-acre property with Contente, a similar newly built vacation rental.
Culture Blend is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley just east of downtown Guerneville. This vacation rental is walking distance to a local brewery, restaurant and bar. It is also just a mile from Korbel winery and many other Russian River Valley wineries.

LOCATION: Culture Blend is located approx. 1.5 miles East of downtown Guerneville on River Rd., a busy two lane road that connects Guerneville to Hwy. 101. Due to double wall construction, there is very little road noise inside the home, and the back deck, lower lawn area, and all outdoor living areas are shielded from the road by the home, the natural surroundings and a 10 foot high privacy fence (at the front of the property only). The driveway and front staircase are facing the road. Please contact our office if you have any questions about the proximity of the road or any other questions about the property. Members of our staff have stayed at this home (and loved it!).
WALK TO: There are a couple of awesome bars (Stumptown is two doors down, The Roadhouse is less than a 10 nminute walk. Both have live music on a regular basis) and restaurants (Cafe Les Juemelles is next to Stumptown) within walking distance. Also walking distance to a community pool. Great Wine Country location! Korbel winery and vinwyards is only 0.2 mile east. The walk to downtown Guerneville, while over 1.5 miles, is completely flat.
