Lovely at any time of year, Bay House is a beautiful and modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental located in a wooded Guerneville neighborhood. High ceilings, wood flooring, high-end amenities and tasteful décor tend towards luxury. The unique floor plan takes advantage of the natural surroundings and numerous windows offer peaceful views of the towering redwood trees.
On the upper level, the living room offers a large flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace and a Queen sofa bed. An enormous picture window looks out over the back landscaped yard and patio, providing guests lounging on the couch with lovely views. Downstairs offers an open kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to the back patio. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table comfortably seats 6 people. To one side of the kitchen/dining area is a half-bath and to the other side is a windowed hallway with an office nook (perfect for setting up your laptop) that runs parallel to the outdoor living space. The first door off the hallway is the main bathroom, with a shower. The second door leads to a second bedroom with a Queen bed (the second bedroom also has its own TV). The master bedroom, also with a Queen bed, is at the far end of the hallway from the kitchen and dining area. This large bedroom has a wall of windows and French doors that open to the patio.
Outdoors at Bay House is lovely. The hot tub is situated next to a free-standing deck and over a seasonal creek that roars and cascades in the winter. In the summer months, the shade of the trees provides a welcome respite from the heat of the day. The yard is landscaped year-round and the gas BBQ grill is kept ready to go. (The outdoor dining table is put away for the winter months.)

LOCATION: Bay House is located in a Guerneville neighborhood approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Guerneville. The home overlooks Hulbert Creek, which is seasonal and flows during the winter months depending on rainfall. This home is semi-private. Bay House is located in a neighborhood; however, its grounds and spa are enclosed by a privacy fence and privacy plantings such as bamboo.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning Fee of $120, 11% Tax on Rent and Cleaning, $20 Booking Fee and Refundable Security Deposit
Rental Restrictions:
2 night minimum September - June (excludes some holidays).
4 night minimum July and August.
Week minimum the first week of July and the first week of August.

3 Nights for the Price of 2! Or get an additional night free with any stay 2 nights or longer.
