Just Listed Bay Houseis a beautiful and modern Two Bedroom, 1.5 Bath vacation rental located in a wooded Guerneville neighborhood. High ceilings, wood flooring, superior bedding, high-end amenities and tasteful décor tend towards luxury. The unique floorplan takes advantage of the natural surroundings and the numerous windows offer peaceful views of the towering redwood trees.
Bay House’s living room is the only room located on the upper level, and a large Flatscreen TV, a Wood-burning Fireplace, and a Queen Sofa Bed. The enormous picture window looks out over the back landscaped yard and patio, giving those lounging on the couch a lovely view. The downstairs at Bay House has an open kitchen and dining area with French doors leading out to the back patio. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table comfortably seats 6 people. To one side of the kitchen/dining area is the half-bath and to the other side is a windowed hallway with an office nook (perfect for setting up your laptop) that runs parallel to the outdoor living space. The first door off the hallway is the main bathroom, with a shower. The second door is the second bedroom with a queen bed (the second bedroom also has it’s own TV). The master bedroom, also with a queen bed, is at the far end of the hallway from the kitchen and dining area. This large bedroom has a wall of windows and French doors that open to the outdoor patio.
The outside at Bay House is lovely any time of year. The hot tub is situated next to a free-standing deck and over the seasonal creek, which roars past in the winter. In the summer months, the shade of the trees gives a welcome respite from the heat of the day. The yard is landscaped all year round and the Gas BBQ grill is kept ready to go, although the outdoor dining table is put away for the winter months.

LOCATION: Bay House is located in a Guerneville neighborhood approx. 1.5 miles from downtown Guerneville. The home overlooks Hulbert Creek, which is a seasonal creek and flows during the winter months depending on rainfall. This home is semi-private.
Rental Restrictions:
Two Night Minimum September-June (excludes some holidays).
Four Night Minimum July and August.
All specials exclude holidays and must be mentioned at the time of reservation.
